Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee that is not included in quotes or Final Billing statements.
Weather Policies
Weather delays are sometimes unavoidable. If it happens to you, here is what you need to know
In most cases, weather will not affect your flight. However, your Northern Airways air charter will not depart when weather forecasts cannot guarantee a safe flight. Your pilot-in-command has final authority to make decisions based on the interest of safety for the passengers and crew.
If the weather unexpectedly goes below the landing minimums while in flight, your pilot-in-command may have to land at an alternate airport. When exercised, these weather regulations are a beneficial safety element. The difference in flight time for a diversion may be added to the cost of your air charter.
When weather impacts your departure before your flight, there are a few options:
- Wait until the weather clears and the pilot determines it is a safe environment to proceed with your flight (at no additional cost).
- Reschedule your flight for another day with no charge (within 30 days of original departure date).
- Cancel the flight – which may be subject to cancellation fees. Ask your charter representative for more information on what charges you may expect.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you cancel a trip, you are financially responsible and agree to reimburse Northern Airways for all cost incurred in preparation for the trip including but not limited to: catering, crew transportation, aircraft repositioning, foreign permits, handling fees and crew expenses.
Please contact your Northern Airways representative to cancel your flight and discuss any applicable charges.
